Welcome to Run Rapid LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, customer portal, and logistics services provided in the State of Florida and beyond. By using any services offered by Run Rapid LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Run Rapid LLC provides logistics and transportation management services ("Services") that facilitate the movement of goods for our customers. Services may include but are not limited to freight brokerage, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.
3. User Obligations
You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information as prompted by any registration forms on the Service; (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update your registration data, and any other information you provide to the Company, to keep it accurate and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
4. Payment Terms
Services rendered by Run Rapid LLC shall be subject to the payment terms agreed upon when the service is contracted. We reserve the right to change the fees for our Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Run Rapid LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
